Hey all,
It's time for our periodic reports for our security and safeguarding.
First, we will no longer be supporting any other versions besides 1.8.X on Skyblock Fantasy, as it has been a major issue for maintaining them bug-free. Therefore, players are now required (must) to use 1.8.x version or they won't be able to enter Skyblock Fantasy.
Second, we have fixed a long-existed issue related to kicking messaging 'sending too many packets", players should no longer face that situation. If any players still receive a kick message saying that, please report to a member of staff.
Third, we have improved our log in processing system which has greatly shortened the time required to load in. It use to take more than 20 seconds to load into the server on the loading terrain screen but now you would enjoy the normal login speed and a kick-free experience!
Fourth, our anti-cheat system has upgraded since our last test launch on live servers. It has a couple impact while a massive group of players are interacting in the same area / same few chunks (including raiding, world boss fights, gathering at spawn...etc). We have fixed those issues and a brand new anti-cheat system is now implemented live on all servers.
Fifth, since our previous report, more than 1,000 accounts were banned on Skyblock Fantasy, 1,500 accounts were banned server-wide. The rate of false banning is now reduced to 0.001% which is a huge improvement.
Sixth, our report/tickets system has improved by a lot. We are efficiently handing out tickets to a different members of staff for them to deal with. And response will generally be around 3 hours of the creation time of the ticket. The satisfaction rate of ticket creators has improved to 8.6/10 on average so shout-out to our staff team.
Seventh, we have been trying our best to balance different players' progress in Skyblock Fantasy. As we do not want end-game players to keep dominating the economy, therefore a couple of measures has been taken. including First-time recharge reward, VIP system, an upcoming update boosts Island-wise importance in the economy instead of the MMO element.
Eighth, the administrative team has now decided to focus more on the Skyblock element rather than the adventure/Fantasy element, as it creates an environment of all players needed to go out to the world and fight creatures. We would want some players to relaxingly grind for their island resources (eg spawners, block values ...etc) through different PvE exclude activities (eg: fishing, farming, mining)
Ninth, to prevent major server lag caused by both unintentionally or intentionally. We have made the server automatically wipe out all entities within the chunk when it is being detected overly using/ excessively draining server resources, hopefully, the previous lag spike issue would be fixed.
Some balance changes will be made in the upcoming patch on Skyblock Fantasy, so stay tuned!
